I was pleased with Ian Grieve and would recommend them because they were very pleasant helpful and cooperative. We found the car in Autotrader but were told it had already been reserved by someone else. Despite there being others interested in the car, we were the first enquiry and were given first refusal. In the event the reservation lapsed so we paid the deposit before visiting the next day and completing the purchase. We considered this car to be a very good deal and are very happy with it and our contact throughout with the company.

Last Wednesday I picked up my new car, a Suzuki S-cross, from your dealership in Falkirk. I had such a smooth and pleasant experience that I wanted to share that with you and your future customers. Gavin Fraser, the salesman that assisted me from start to finish, made the whole purchase experience so pleasant for me. From speaking to him on the phone when I enquired about the car, to doing the test drive, to doing the paperwork and the handover. I was truly impressed. Gavin is so knowledgeable, and he never pressured me with anything. He answered all my questions, took his time to explain the features of the car, made me feel at ease. He printed the contract for me so that I could take it home and read it in my own time. I had heard unpleasant stories about other car dealers. My experience with Ian Grieve dealership was amazing, and I am super grateful. I love my new car. Thank you all so much, particularly Gavin.

I would of given a higher rating but after being told at the time of sale of vehicle it would only be a week to get the EV charger installed at home address. Disappointed that I am having to wait for 7 weeks before getting my EV charger installed. I did challenge Octopus about the wait time and all they said was that the dealership should not of said within the week?
