The entire process was seamless from viewing to test drive to purchase to car prep to drive away. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the free coffee and biscuits in the seating area was a nice touch. Thank you

Ian Grieve were great because the Sales Person, Robert Spalding was very clear and knowledgeable on the car. He explained everything with a smile, and made me understand the purchase the car. The test drive was provided without any caution, and the car was spotless. Robert was different class to deal with, and the car has been admired by all due to it's sparkle after the excellent cleaning job. The overall sales service was brilliant and an absolutely perfect garage to deal with. I have already mentioned to a few work friends and family of the great approach and I will return again for my next car. Thanks again to Robert

I was happy with the service at Ian Grieve because although I already knew which car I was looking for, the staff were very knowledgeable in their brands and provided useful information on the vehicle I was looking at.
